Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the Steward AI service (the "Service") provided by Lionandthelab Inc. (the "Company") and set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Service" means the AI-based investment analysis and information provision service provided by the Company. ② "User" means members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms. ③ "Member" means a person who has registered as a member with the Company and uses the Service. ④ "Credits" means virtual currency units required for using the Service.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

① The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service so that users can easily understand them. ② The Company may amend these Terms when necessary, and when amending the Terms, the Company shall specify the effective date and reasons for amendment and notify users by posting the current Terms and the amended Terms together on the initial screen of the Service from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date. ③ If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may request withdrawal from membership. If a member continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

① The Company provides the following services: 1. AI-based investment briefing and market analysis service 2. Company analysis and investment information service 3. Personalized investment consulting service 4. Any other services developed by the Company or provided through partnership agreements ② The Company shall notify users of the contents and provision date of the Service by the method set forth in Article 7, and may change and provide the services set forth in paragraph 1.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

① The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in cases such as maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication. ② The Company shall compensate for damages incurred by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of the Service pursuant to paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply if the Company proves that there was no intention or negligence. ③ If the Service cannot be provided due to reasons such as conversion of business items, abandonment of business, or integration between companies, the Company shall notify users by the method set forth in Article 7.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

① A user applies for membership by filling out the membership form set by the Company and expressing their consent to these Terms. ② The Company registers applicants as members except in the following cases: 1. If the applicant has previously lost membership status under these Terms 2. If there is false information, omission, or error in the registration details 3. If registration as a member is considered to significantly hinder the Company's technology ③ The time of establishment of the membership contract is when the Company's approval reaches the member.

Article 7 (Change of Member Information)

Members may view and modify their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen. However, information necessary for service management such as real name and ID cannot be modified.

Article 8 (Credits and Paid Services)

① Some services may be used with credits. ② Credits can be purchased for a fee or provided free of charge through events set by the Company. ③ Credits cannot be refunded in cash and can only be used within the Service. ④ The validity period and usage conditions of credits follow the policy set by the Company.

Article 9 (User Obligations)

① Users must not perform the following acts: 1. Registration of false information when applying or changing 2. Impersonation of others 3. Modification of information posted by the Company 4. Transmission or posting of information (such as computer programs) other than information set by the Company 5. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties 6. Acts that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with business 7. Acts of publishing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public order and morals ② Users must comply with related laws, these Terms, usage guidelines, notices related to the Service, matters notified by the Company, etc., and must not perform acts that interfere with the Company's business.

Article 10 (Restriction of Service Use)

If a user violates the obligations under these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service, the Company may restrict the use of the Service step by step through warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension.

Article 11 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company strives to protect users' personal information. Matters regarding the protection of users' personal information shall be governed by related laws and the "Privacy Policy" set by the Company.

Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)

① The Company shall be exempted from liability for the provision of the Service if the Service cannot be provided due to acts of God or similar force majeure. ② The Company shall not be liable for obstacles to the use of the Service due to the member's fault. ③ The Company shall not be liable for the loss of expected profits from the use of the Service by members, and shall not be liable for damages caused by data obtained through the Service. ④ The Company shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of data posted or transmitted by members.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

① Any lawsuit concerning disputes arising between the Company and users regarding e-commerce shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing. If there is no address, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court having jurisdiction over the residence. ② Any lawsuit concerning disputes arising between the Company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea.
